I have subscribed to this app for 2 years. I enjoy it but it has not been working effectively even from the start. I am not able to listen to the mantras at all. Have emailed support. Deleted and logged in hoping it would work but nothing has improved. The support team has not been able to fix this issue since the very start.

I paid for a one-year subscription so that I could hear the mantras pronounced. The sound worked briefly, but now there is no sound coming from the app. I tried restarting the app, logging out and then re-logging in, restarting my phone, and deleting the app and reinstalling it, but there is still no sound coming when I click on the button to have a mantra audio played out loud. The sound is working with all other apps on my phone, but not this one. At the moment, it feels like I wasted $20 for a one-year subscription.
