NYDocSubmit enables New York residents to digitally submit documentation for SNAP, HEAP, Temporary Assistance, and Medicaid, avoiding trips to district offices. It currently serves numerous NY counties with plans to expand.

After you submit a picture, you should be able to click on the picture and see what was submitted instead of just some random name of letters and numbers that you guys automatically name it as the client should be able to click that and see what it was they upload
