I have been working out with hinge for a while now and I have to say I really love it. It’s low impact for people like me who have health issues and eve to be careful about which exercises we do. The program people are very supportive and helpful.

I can tailor the exercises to my needs. There are coaches available if I have any issues. If I want to do additional exercises, there is a library to choose from. I also get reminders every day to exercise. It’s a great addition to what I already do at the gym, walking, or golfing or just by itself. I’m 81 and HH helps me stay active.
