I recently purchased the Brady M211. The printer and Bluetooth connection work great, but the iOS app freezes very often. I constantly have to close and reopen the app to keep using it. Please improve the app’s stability

Does NOT Work with Existing Brady Label Cartridges; No Documentation with M211’s Are we just supposed to throw out hundreds of dollars of existing Brady cartridges? Or, should we just return our M211’s and change vendors? Oh, and to add insult injury, our new, very sophisticated M211’s did not come with any useful documentation, merely a trivial graphic, absolutely useless Quickstart Guide.
