Pros

App works fantastically for keeping jobs organized and neat.
Very fast and easy to use for many applications.
Durable and mobile, good physical build quality.
Connectivity to phones is quick and seamless.

Cons

Frequent crashes and loading issues, forcing users to restart the app or phone.
Difficult user interface that is not intuitive, leading to user frustration.
Inability to print wire wrap labels or access functionality compared to previous models.
Issues with saving files and editing existing labels, often leading to blank entries.
Limited label size options and inability to select custom sizes.

Recent reviews

You can't share directly from an image or PDF or anything, the labels have to be built inside the app which is a pain in the butt. On top of that lately the app disconnects from the printer Bluetooth frequently and won't reconnect without restarting both of them.
