Features & Capabilities

Keep track of your mental wellbeing with our handy Anxiety Log Journal. Track your anxiety levels with this anxiety and mood tracker. Many people with anxiety find it helpful to keep a regular diary of their thoughts and feelings. When it comes to personal well-being, one’s mood plays an important role in determining energy levels, where the attention is focused, and the actions taken.

The simple act of putting negative thoughts on a phone can sometimes even diminish their power and make them feel more manageable. But journaling can also help you look for the (sometimes subtle) patterns in your reactions. If you suffer from generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, stress, or any other anxiety disorder, or if you're prone to frequent panic attacks or anxiety attacks, this anxiety tracker can help you gain more insight to your anxiety levels and day to day mood, stress, and happiness.

User Reviews

Anxiety Log is a helpful tool for logging episodes and sharing data with clinicians, with good reporting and monthly overviews. However, users repeatedly report persistent date/time inaccuracies, no autocorrect, potential data loss, and limited developer support, which undermines reliability.
Pros
  • Comprehensive anxiety logging with multiple fields and triggers, enabling detailed tracking.
  • Strong reporting and exporting features to share data with clinicians.
  • Useful month-by-month overview and patterns of anxiety.
  • Helps therapists by providing rich data and insights.
  • Simple, straightforward app that does what is needed.
Cons
  • Date/time inaccuracies: logs show dates one day behind and times can be misrepresented, affecting accuracy.
  • Lack of autocorrect / typing assistance makes data entry frustrating.
  • Data backup and loss risk: unclear iCloud backup options and occasional data loss when leaving or swiping away entries.
  • Poor ongoing bugfixes and support: persistent issues and difficulty contacting the developer.
  • Occasional data integrity bugs (edits not updating, entries sometimes deleting).

When you log an episode the issue is that the date that you enter is not the date the displays in the log so if you do pay to have an export of the dates are all wrong all the times are correct they seem to be off by like 24 hours it’s very weird.

Would like to give this 5 stars but the dates are off. When I go to record todays anxiety, the date is not for today, it is for tomorrow. I cannot send note to developer - looks like you can, but once to navigate to that page it has no Avenue to contact her directly. I will be searching for a different app as this information is very important to share with my medical team and I need it to be accurate. I see that there have been complaints about the date issue going back 2-3 years so it appears that the developer does not care to remedy.

Doesn’t spell check/autocorrect and scrolling through the dates messes with my phone. Also, the dates are completely off in the log, which is very confusing. I like the idea, but would really like the bugs fixed
