Why do I need to enjoy using an app for my cable service? This is a utility, not a game. This is something that I HAVE to use to interact with your obscenely overpriced service. If you hate someone, sign them up for Cox. I cannot say enough bad things about their service I have had for years. If you so much as tap the WiFi router, your kid bumps into it, or you touch it with the vacuum, it won’t work for days. Yes, days. I unplug it and try to restart it but nothing. Unplug for 5 mins. Unplug for 2 hours, doesn’t matter. And the app is of no help at all, it can’t send a reset to your box if it isn’t connected to the internet! Oh the irony. Your kids wanna watch Bluey? Sorry kids, Cox doesn’t have an appointment for a few days so you’ll have to wait. You just have to wait until it decides to work, could be hours, could be days.
