Recent reviews

For over four years I have been a loyal customer, even bringing my mother-in-law to Cox as a new customer just this month. But when I called to inquire about my price nearly doubling. The associates spoke down to me, had no answer for my simple questions, and both initially spoke clearly and in full sentences, but over the course of the 30-minute call, they spoke to me in increasingly incoherent fragmented sentences, and steadily thicker accented English. Very insulting.
