This services purpose is to make the people feel like they are actually going to get results to their issues in the city. Once again they play us like fools. Any request I’ve put in has gotten zero results.

I have to close the “click here to chat now” alert every single time I navigate to a new page. Turn the thing off!! Why in the WORLD would you think this is good UX??

Over the years every time I have submitted a ticket for a pothole or another issue, they are marked as complete and never complete completed. If the city wants people to use the 311 app, they need to follow through.
