User Reviews

Reviews converge on three main issues: persistent login and authentication failures, feature gaps compared with the desktop version, and UI/UX regressions after updates. A minority of reviews acknowledge on-the-go value and basic mobile use, but overall reliability and feature parity remain major drawbacks.
Pros
  • On-the-go accessibility: the mobile app enables remote access and use away from a desktop.
  • Provides basic mobile actions and serves as a companion for quick checks.
  • Offers device visibility on the go, which some users find valuable despite limitations.
Cons
  • Frequent authentication problems: MFA/SSO/Entra cause login loops and require repeated sign-ins, making the app unreliable.
  • Mobile functionality lags behind the desktop: limited features (no bulk actions, scripting, or robust ticketing) and weak device management.
  • UI/UX issues after updates: bulky new UI, broken credential selectors, and interface elements that hinder daily use (e.g., keyboard popping up).

Love NinjaOne as an MSP. Hate it on an iPad. Only useable path is to open it in Safari and then go back to the app if you need to remote to a machine. The app fails miserably in comparison to the abilities on my MacBook Pro. Waiting for an update. Promised an update.
