The app used to work fine but now it doesn’t work anymore. I couldn’t even get correct information like what books were checked out or returned. when I uninstalled and reinstalled it, it lost the connection to the server. It’s totally dead with a black screen

This app is very easy to use and makes accessing library resources a breeze. It’s incredibly easy to search for resources, place holds, and manage my account. For the most part, it just works. And a HUGE improvement over the LMxAC system. My only complaint is that I can’t manage or even view my bookmarks in the app and have to switch to the web version for that. I use the bookmarks feature regularly to create “wish lists,” and not being able to access them from the app seems like a big miss that would be easy to correct, since everything is more than accessible on the web mobile version. Otherwise, well done with this app!
