Swimming faster with iSwimStat

iSwimStat is a great way to improve your swimming workouts and efficiency in the water.

iSwimStat provides a comprehensive and easy-to-understand comparison analysis of your swimming workouts. Your data is displayed in historical, weekly, and monthly graphs and tables, including detailed workout information.

iSwimStat calculates and displays your SWOLF score, which is the number of seconds it takes to swim 25 yards plus the number of strokes. The main goal for improving your swimming performance is to consistently reduce your SWOLF score.

iSwimStat awards a medal for your lowest — best — SWOLF score of the week and a cup for your lowest — best — SWOLF score of the month.

The only requirement is to own a swimming watch, record and sync your swimming workouts with the Health app, and allow iSwimStat to read your swimming data from the Health app. The app automatically communicates with the Health app and periodically retrieves only your swimming workout data.

iSwimStat also gives you the opportunity to anonymously compare your weekly and monthly records with your swimming buddies and other subscribed users, using a nickname as your identifier.

Notes:

• All records are displayed by nickname to maintain anonymity
• Swimming workouts are considered record candidates for social comparison only if they are at least 1,000 yards long. Shorter workouts will still be shown in the standalone workout section.
