I redownloaded this app on my phone today and my finger was still on the home button when it immediately asked which premium package I wanted. I didn’t want to buy anything and now I somehow have a weekly subscription. The website is useless and the email link in the app to contact this company doesn’t work. I don’t know how to cancel my subscription and I will definitely not be using anything from Vulcan Labs again. Worst experience ever. I want to cancel my subscription. Please help
