Very little is presented in English. I couldn’t figure out how to convert a GIF into a live photo despite that supposedly being supported. The closest I could get was converting into a live wallpaper, which is not what I was looking to do. It would only allow the image to be in either landscape or portrait orientation at a set size and aspect ratio. This scaled the GIF up to a size that would fit the entire screen, thus making it look terrible. It also inserted some sort of artifacts or noise into the background because the GIF I was using featured a transparent background. I gave up quickly and deleted the app. Hope you have better luck if you decide to try it.

Despite setting my preferred language to English, everything is still written in Chinese with very poor English translations in much smaller font, and it doesn’t make much sense. I just wanted an app to turn some images into Live Photos so I could then subsequently turn parts of those into animated stickers to use in a completely different app. 🙄 The Pros: it’s free, there are no in-app purchases, and it tracks the least amount of info compared to other apps. The Cons: one can’t resize the area of selection (or if you can it’s written in Chinese and I can’t figure out how), everything else is illegible too so I have no idea what other cons there are and won’t be keeping this app to find out.
