I can’t get my car to pull up when I search (& yes the information is correct) it’s stuck on the endless spinning loading wheel. I’ve tried everything to make it work and can’t. Don’t bother with this app it’s terrible

I spent about 5-10 min getting my account set up. I even had to dig out my title number. After doing all that and entering my credit card info (no Apple Pay was available), no matter what I got an error every time I tried to pay. And I triple checked my information. In the end, I spent about 2 min going to the clerk’s website and completing/paying the registration renewal. Don’t waste your time!
