Robot works great, the app and customer support is horrible. The app logs you out whenever you close the add and requires a code to log back in. The delay in receiving the code is longer than the time they allow for a valid code to be used. Have to keep trying until you get the code fast enough that it’s still valid. There is no reason to log me out of the app, no one is going to hack my account to start cleaning my pool without my knowledge.
