2026-04-08	Ru*****	When One Touch app opens, it says no longer supported as of Feb 2026 and prompts me to use Safeway app to buy fuel. When I open Safeway app, there is no option to pay for gas. I uninstalled both apps and tried again, but still have same issue. There is no workaround!

2026-03-24	Ma*****	The app won’t let me use it anymore, saying that I need to use the Safeway app in order to pump fuel and when I use the Safeway app, there is no section to pump fuel. Therefore, I can no longer pump my fuel digitally or compare station prices

2025-11-30	be*****	Don’t bother downloading this app. It is a joke and embarrassment for a company that has generated 82 billion in revenue so far this year. Hopefully they will hire a developer (s) soon that knows what they are doing and can fix this train wreck of an app.

2025-11-21	La*****	App used to work fine and now I can’t open the app after several attempts. It was so convenient. Not sure what’s going on but hope problems are resolved soon.

2025-11-06	mi*****	I’m having the same login issue as a lot of people that are writing recent reviews. The app developers are no help. They keep recommending everyone do the same thing, like uninstall and reinstall your app, but that obviously is not working for anybody. I wish the app developer would stop giving useless canned responses and actually figure out why this app doesn’t work.
