QA inspections and client sign-off Complete quality assurance inspection checklists tied to your project activities. Mark each item Accepted, Rejected, or N/A with photos and remarks. Capture dual signatures from the site user and client contact, then email a copy to the client on submission. If the client isn't present, document the reason and proceed.

Health and Safety inspections Role-specific inspection forms for Safety Managers, Site Managers, Contracts Managers, and Directors. Tool and PAT compliance Inspect each operative's tools by name, make, model, and serial number. Record condition and PAT test dates (required by power type) and sign off digitally. No clipboards, no missing paperwork.
