The app is good until you need help. At that point you are on your own. They don’t have support, at least I feel that way after 10 tickets/emails to their support and no response in over a week. I will not recommend this to anyone, stay away from this app.

After many years and multiple updates, this app still has the same basic problems. It still puts you into a doom loop trying to get logged in from a mobile device, from which there is no escape. Like other reviewers, we have written to the company and they have consistently denied responsibility and provided unhelpful responses. It’s amazing that a company that makes a customer service system would have such an incredibly bad app themselves.
