I am not a techy type of person and originally didn’t want to use this form of monitoring by using an app because usually something goes wrong or doesn’t set up right I original wanted an in office visit however like all other doctors I couldn’t get one for months and months so I opted to do this NightOwl app and thankfully it was easy to do. The instructions were simple steps, short and easy. Thankfully, something simple for a change.
