I have never successfully used the app without a crash

Can we get a category for broken playground equipment? I had to file things in electrical to make a report. And the app support button is a broken link.

I haven't had this app 1 day, and it's stuck on a screen as I've been trying to report a stoplight timing issue. It was cumbersome to get to the actual details of reporting, and now the app has stopped progressing forward in the program. Bleh. With a city of 3 million ppl, this app should be better programmed.
