Recent reviews
The tour itself is nothing special. I’ve been on tours- in NYC and other cities- where the narration was more involved and the sights went beyond the ‘typical’ ones. The agents are persistent and will say anything to make a sale. For example, my parents were sold a ticket for a tour to Brooklyn that they then said was cancelled. When we asked for a refund, the option is to call the support number which directs you to an online form. Horrible way of doing business.

Went with a friend and we had a good experience with the company. We got the petite menu was the perfect amount of food to eat. The employees were nice and friendly (was a little slow getting the tea, but only had one person serving it). The tour guide had very great voice. The cleanliness was good you could see out the windows perfectly fine. Just a reminder that this is a tour bus company if you want high tea go to somewhere like the London house

This company is just awful- ZERO customer service and communication. Experience was meh at best. Don’t waste your money.
