Impossible to find company contact info- phone or email address? The app says my order has been “completed”. It has not been delivered. The tracking link doesn’t work. It redirects to a blank page that says to contact the company!!??

The app doesn’t sync with the email address. If you checkout with the shop app all purchase history and credits don’t update on the app with your email address. The items in stock are not as accurate as on the website as well.
