Workit Health has truly changed my life in so many ways. Before starting this program, I never believed I would find the help I needed—but then I came across this app, and I’ve been completely blown away. My doctor is incredible and genuinely cares about every patient. The entire community has been so supportive and uplifting. I’m beyond grateful for this program and the amazing people who are part of it. I thank God every day for leading me here. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt like I should because Workit has honestly been a lifesaver for me. I had been with the same clinic for years, and when they abruptly shut down with almost no notice, it completely turned my world upside down. I was stressed, anxious, and absolutely terrified I wouldn’t be able to find treatment. I even thought I had found another doctor, only to realize it was basically a scam. Other places I contacted wanted me to come in for daily dosing or had very outdated, one-size-fits-all programs, which just wasn’t the right fit for me. I was nervous to try a completely virtual program, but I’m so glad I did. The entire process has been easy and organized. Monthly appointments are done virtually in a small group setting, which was definitely different from what I was used to. At first I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about it since I’m a pretty private person, but I’ve actually come to enjoy hearing how others are doing and being able to share experiences if I want to. They also have a care coaches, peer support, and other great resources available if you need them. Drug screens are straightforward, prescriptions have always been sent on time, and communication has been excellent. Most importantly, I feel like they meet people where they are instead of treating everyone exactly the same. If you’re feeling overwhelmed because you’re trying to find a new provider or you’ve had a bad experience elsewhere, I hope this review gives you a little hope.
