We have been waiting two months for a payout. Support either doesn’t respond or says they will expedite it and then the money never appears. It appears this app has gone downhill and I would not use it to team fundraising.

It’s been over 4 months since I requested a payout and have not received it yet. Still doesn’t say it’s been processed. Reached out to support over a month ago and they said they will expedite it, but could still take some time as they’ve had a large flux or requests. Shouldn’t take months to get a payout when we do this for team fundraising
