Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone and still haven't. I have emailed, tried the chat, phone numbers are disconnected. Just looking for info on my payout which was requested over a month ago. Maybe if someone sees this they can reply. The single most frustrating company to work with which is such a shame as its a great concept.

Read the fine print. Some offers are basically a scam. Best Buy for example has an exclusion list which excludes virtually everything you could buy at Best Buy
