This app is a joke! Got a referral to redeem the $10. Never received my $10.instead they claim suspicious activity and discount. Then I started receiving cash back … as you’re supposed to and they suspend the account lol anything to not pay… do waste your time downloading or using this app.

Everything seemed legit and above board. Then when I tried to make my first withdrawal, they banned my account alleging “suspicious activity” on my account and refused to elaborate on what they meant by suspicious activity and also refused to connect me with their legal department. Frankly, I was livid and considering legal options. After leaving a scathing review here on the App Store, I was informed by customer support that they would be re-evaluating my account. It took about a month and I had tos end in my id and a redacted bank account statement but I finally got my first payment today…

They will shut your account down and say it’s due to suspicious activity. I received my first 2 withdrawals but my third and 4th withdrawals they blocked. They said it was due to suspicious activity. I don’t understand what’s suspicious when my bank account is in my name that I use and get cashback with making transactions . Seems they just don’t want to pay once you start making a good amount of money on there. I have reported them for fraud/scam. They need to be shut down. Reading other reviews a lot of others are experiencing the same exact thing. How is it that too many people are being banned for suspicious activity smh only suspicious activity is Joko not wanting to pay people their money that is due to them !! This app is a complete waste of time
