Jean Pie, a customer care specialist with WaterGuru Customer Support responded quickly to my claim and had a replacement cartridge shipped out to replace the defective unit. Super fast support and ensured the issue was handled with minimal effort on my end. Good to see such positive support on their products and doing what they can to make things right.
