myHelsana lets you deal with all your health insurance matters digitally. The app is a fast, easy, and accessible way to manage questions, invoices, and contact details, replacing piles of paper with a secure digital folder for your health insurance. You can continue to receive documents by post if you prefer, but everything else is digital and searchable.

Key capabilities include scanning, sending, and viewing invoices; accessing benefit statements and policies; updating your address, accident coverage, or annual deductible; and quickly finding doctors, therapists, or Helsana-recognised fitness centres near you. The app also provides an emergency insurance card and encrypted communication for security. Support is available via the app if you have questions or need assistance.
