2026-02-24 Jd***** RunMotion helped me successfully finish the MontBlanc Marathon in 2025. The training program was just what I needed as a 50 year old who was not able to put on the miles I used to, and also adjusted when I encountered setbacks or injuries. Even when I experienced a minor injury right near the end of the training program and was not able to do the final few weeks of training before the race, it turned out that all the previous months of training had prepared me well because the race was a success. So, if you need a flexible program that prepares you incredibly well for a trail race, and especially if you are on the ‘slightly older’ side then I highly recommend RunMotion.

2025-04-18 US***** The app is okay if you only use it for running, but it’s useless for anything else. Even for running i would not use it is not that good.

2023-07-19 Cr***** Have followed plan for last three months and my V02 max is up, I’m faster and I can climb long verticals that I used to have to walk/run. I also like the straightforward algorithmic coaching that gives me a good mix of workouts and targets without the overhead of more expensive of coaching services.
