Designed for on-the-go senior housing staff and caregivers, provides a powerful set of tools for your caregivers, making caregiving more efficient and responsive over antiquated pager-based nurse call systems. With RCare Mobile, the nurse call goes out only to the caregivers who are responsible for answering. When receiving the call, staff is informed of not only the room number, but also the resident’s name, their photograph, as well as details about their needs. This way, even if the staff member or the resident are new and have never met, the caregiver is armed with a wealth of information that pager-based systems do not give.

• “I Got It” Feature Integrated with your RCare nurse call system, RCare Mobile lets your caregivers claim a call, ensuring accountability. It lets all caregivers to see which calls have been claimed and by whom. It verifies all calls get answered and eliminates duplication of efforts. The alarm stops once it’s claimed, reducing alarm fatigue.

• Voice-to-Voice Communication Power The RCare Mobile app puts the communication power of a smart phone in the hands of your caregivers, but without the risks and distractions of personal cell phones. Speak with residents. What is the situation? Reassure them help is on the way. Communicate (text/call) with other caregivers and staff.

• Record “Activities of Daily Living” With RCare Mobile, caregivers can log resident visits for helping with ADLs, by checking in and out of the point of care. The RCare system can automatically track the time spent providing specific services. This is helpful for billing and also for staffing and tracking specific resident needs.
