About the designers We at Shivuy Mishkal have been helping people overcome eating issues for over 20 years. Our extended experience has led us, Nadia and Lilly, registered dietitians to develop an app that focuses and pinpoints the main issues that lead to success in changing eating habits. We looked back at all our patients’ files and retrieved what most influenced their behavior change that had led to success.
