2024-12-13	Ti*****	Used this service for my family on a few trips. It was good value for money but I would recommend looking at Nomad at least in Europe more recently. My family has had two occasions to get refunds from Truphone. First time was when the auto renew that was on by default kicked in. This feels like not friendly practice. Truphone refunded without question. Second time they started charging a different family member for no apparent reason with no plan available. Refund was immediate after contacting but no explanation as to why the erroneous charge. How many people are being unknowingly charged?
