Unsure of the purpose of this app when so many things have to be accessed through the actual website in a browser anyway. Kind of baffling. Why does this exist?

The patient portal isn’t user friendly, I had to try several different options before I finally found the option that I needed to be, just to find out that the appointment I had went to isn’t even listed as an appointment. So finding results can’t be located neither
