Soft Pads has over 10 different ambient loop pad sounds to choose from that can be selected in any of the 12 keys of music. All of the sounds on Soft Pads were carefully selected and designed to only be top quality sounds/pads.

Select one pad sound or layer many to create unique sound combinations. Soft Pads allows near limitless sound options. Our custom sounds like Phaser, Vox, and Breath can be stacked with other pad sounds to create amazing tones. The options are limitless on the different ambient sounds this app can achieve!

What's new is the ability to save the pad combination that you have created. Give it a name and recall it to be used in Set Lists that you can also create and save.

Soft Pads should be used as a stand alone instrument. Other programs played at the same time may interfere with the function of SoftPads.

Soft Pads allows you to customize your experience with several background colors allowing you to chose your favorite colors and background schemes. It also includes an enhanced viewing mode that performs fabulously on stage to make the fonts and contrast bolder and stand out for easier viewing.

Soft Pads allows users to turn crossfade on or off and even allows you to chose if you want to allow multiple pads or just single pads.

Recommend the following:

Download while connected to WiFi.
Make sure that your device is in standard or normal viewing mode (Not zoomed or large print). This may affect the "swipe" function. To reveal the menu/settings, swipe left to right from the main screen. To reveal the sound pad choices, swipe right to left from the main screen.
For best results during performance, switch on "Airplane Mode".

I’ve tried numerous apps on the market and this one is easily the best app there is. User friendly, easy to make set lists, no glitches or crashes ever and very reliable. 5 stars all the way to the developers of this app

Whatever happened after the latest update - including the logo change and interface change, it has almost ruined the app completely. We never had issues before using this app for background pads in worship, but now there are consistent issues with the volume. If you’re not in the app, it dims the volume. But the whole point is to put in on in the background - I use the same iPad for my music. Not loving all the new glitches :(

Fantastic for adding that soft worshipful ambience. I keep it on my iPad next to my mic stand and use a small DI box with a volume knob zip tied to the stand. It runs through the church PA but I control it. Works excellent. My only asks for the developer are the ability to “Save to Set List” so you can save current selections and keys to a set list AND the ability to control the rate of modulation, sometimes I want that even slower, like adjusting it in a chorus pedal for guitar. Make this part of a Pro version and I will gladly pay for them. (You may also show enharmonic equivalents on the selection page as well as add minor keys). This is a great app that is not far from leaving every similar app in the dust.
