2025-12-30	sn*****	This app never loads and has made it so difficult to do anything with my account. It logs me out once I get in. I had to switch to auto pay just so I could make sure my bill got paid on time. Worst app I’ve ever used for a service.

2021-07-01	Ko*****	I have so much to say about this app but I’m going to keep it short as possible. The new update broke it for me. Signed me out and when I sign in it wants me to agree to the terms and conditions by hitting these check boxes but guess what…. The first one is grayed out and I can’t press on it. I can scroll through the whole paragraph (thinking that will work because you have to on some sites) but it still won’t work. The check box under it I can click on but not the first box. So I can’t even sign in anymore. Nonsense. Next when I USED to be able to use this app it never gives the option to save payment info so guess what?! Every time I need to pay I have to manually enter my credit card info every time. Highly annoying.
