Beyond supply chain, the app covers HR, onboarding, payroll, benefits, goals, skills, and directory lookups. Managers can hire, promote, transfer, adjust hours, and manage compensation, while My Team provides visibility into team employment and talent. Users receive notifications and can approve or reject requests from mobile. The app's features depend on licensed Oracle Cloud modules and configurable News Feed.
