User Reviews

Users praise myHealthTrack for at-home, structured rehab with progress tracking and minimal equipment, aiding motivation and recovery. Recurrent downsides include hidden provider-billed charges, frequent login glitches, content quality gaps between narration and demonstrations, and missing audible timers, along with mixed overall usability.
Pros
  • Structured, clear home-exercise program with step-by-step instructions and progress tracking.
  • Works with minimal equipment and supports flexible at-home rehabilitation.
  • Wide range of exercises and progression levels for recovery, build strength and balance.
  • Motivating guidance and positive support from doctors/app content, helping users stay on track.
  • Users report real improvements and better daily function with continued use.
Cons
  • Hidden or ongoing charges and provider-billed monthly monitoring fees that can be surprising or hard to cancel.
  • Frequent login glitches, session timeouts, two-factor authentication prompts, and generally inadequate support.
  • Content quality issues: videos can be static or fail to clearly demonstrate form, with narration not always aligned (e.g., which leg to use).
  • Lack of audible timers or alarms; users want a beep indicating when a set ends.
  • Some users feel the app’s value is limited by content/navigation issues and inconsistent experiences across sessions.

In app timer needs a beeper/buzzer to sound once the time for each set of exercise is over

I am doing these exercises prior to any procedure but after an injection. The premise that I can straighten my back out is premature. The exercises are painful as back mobility is assumed. I am 6 days post injection and cannot put full weight on my right leg nor comfortably walk upright. I’ll continue pt hoping things improve. Pk
