ProvidersHub is praised for mobile note-taking and remote patient data with active developer responsiveness, but common pain points include no in-app order entry or Rx capability, a cluttered UI, crashes, and difficulty managing and sharing notes. Improvements in ordering, data management, and polish across mobile views are repeatedly requested to reach full potential.

Pros

Mobile access to notes and patient data (notes anywhere, weights/txs viewable remotely).
Ease of note-taking and rounding (dictation and quick note entry).
Remote access and ability to sign off on orders on mobile/tablet.
Active development and responsiveness to feedback (updates and improvements).
Viewed as game-changing for rounding and documentation on mobile.

Cons

Cannot write prescriptions or perform order entry in the app (no Rx, no dry-weight or in-center order changes).
Cluttered UI/navigation with too many dropdowns and endless scrolling; data is hard to view on small screens.
Reliability issues including crashes when writing notes.
Past notes default and not easily cleared; limited options to delete or manage notes; sharing notes limited.
Missing in-app features (lab orders/electronic referrals) and limited ability to share or fax notes.

Love this app, I can do dialysis notes anywhere, I can dictate into my notes. I can see my pts weights and tx’s from far away. They keep on changing and improving it. They take feedback well and answer my emails with questions. I love this app and I think it is headed the right direction with more to come hopefully.

Overall-really good and useful. I find it easier to write notes on than ecube. Being able to write prescriptions is super helpful. If we can get the ability to change dry weights and other in-center orders it would be 5/5 for me. It’s annoying to have to make myself a list of things to go back and do on ecube.
