EquestFile is the premier equine data management platform. Customers with EquestFile accounts can quickly enter horse data such as recording numbers, height, breed, feeding and supplement information, healthcare records for routine and emergency care, training schedules and modalities. You can assign tasks to employees and receive feedback from them regarding the status of these tasks.

These items can be entered through your desktop platform or through your mobile app and the information will sync back and forth…no Wi-Fi needed.

Subscription Details:

Your subscription will start with a 14-day trial. EquestFile will provide equine data management services on a monthly basis for users who sign up for a monthly subscription.

EquestFile will provide equine data management services on a yearly basis for users who sign up for a yearly subscription.

Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hourse before the end of the current period. You can turn of the auto-renew from your iPhone settings.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Setting after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of your current subscription. Once your credit card has been charged the charge is not refundable. You can manage your subscription at any time by viewing your account in iTunes from you Mac or PC, or Account Settings on your device after purchase.

The app allows us to store information about the horses: documents, treatments, appointments- farrier, vet etc. It allowed me to manage horse training, lessons etc with complete visibility to my horse owners. Love it!

EquestFile is an extremely valuable tool that we use regularly in managing the care of the 61 horses at our horse rescue ranch. It is so very helpful to have medication schedules, farrier schedules, health care records, and more available at all times whether on the phones of our barn staff or on the pc’s in our office. Special mention needs to made of the fast and always helpful support available!

This app has helped me run my 40+ horse barn and manage lessons, tasks, shows, training, medications, and pretty much everything! My horse owners love to be able to login and see when their horse is getting ridden and how the ride goes. I love that I can also add medications and keep track of feeding and treatments. There are some bugs in the app but whenever I’ve had issues the support team answers within hours which is super helpful. I’d love to be able to do employee hours on here as well and maybe even an invoicing service...? These would be great additions to the app in the future.
