FORScan Viewer Chrome extension reads and displays on-board network data and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) for Ford, Mazda, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles. It supports adapters including OBDLink MX+, vLinker FS, and vLinker FD BLE (others may work, but quality varies). It shows configuration data for modules and the vehicle's network in a readable view.

Car coverage spans 1996-2022 model years for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury, with some 1994-1995 MY models; Mazda models 1996-2022 MY (Mazda 7G models partially supported). Other brands aren’t supported. More features are available in FORScan Lite; this extension provides core read/view capabilities. Note that poor-quality ELM327 adapters can cause issues.

I picked up FORScan Lite for my Mazda and it’s been really handy. For $6.99 it reads error codes, shows live data, and covers multiple modules like PCM and BCM. The dashboard and graph views make diagnostics clear even for non-pros. Setup with my OBD adapter was quick. It’s a solid, affordable tool that saves trips to the mechanic.

This is the app that all vehicle manufactures should supply with a new vehicle! I love almost everything about FORScan. You can monitor almost all your Ford vehicle's sensors live, record their outputs, save their outputs to you iPhone or iPad and then export them into your laptop for analysis. You can view and reset your error codes. Plus you can program and change multiple setting on your vehicle for both performance and esthetics. All around necessity for Ford owners!!!! Thank you so much for all of you hard work in bringing this software to us!!!
