HelloSpoke Mobile is a mobile platform that makes business communications easy, with no long-term commitments, a simple interface, and the mobility to take your business on the go. It provides disaster recovery by allowing calls to be answered through the Spoke Mobile Client even when the internet or network is down, acting like a desk phone to keep your phone system running.

Standard and advanced features cover a full desk-phone experience on mobile, including contact lists, favorites, voicemail indicators, call history, recording, ringtones, dial plans, multiple calls, conferencing, call transfer, and more. It supports a wide range of codecs (G.711, G.722, GSM, OPUS, SILK) with automatic codec selection, secure signaling and media (TLS and SRTP), DNS SRV lookups, STUN/ICE for traversal, QoS and network efficiency, and low-bandwidth options like G.729 for reliable calls in limited connectivity scenarios.
