Run, jump, blast off and swoop your way through your daily chest physio treatment with mobile games on Playphysio!

Playphysio Games provide real time visual feedback to help you repeat your physiotherapy consistently, with good technique, and have fun keeping to the treatment routine prescribed to you. The Playphysio is completely flexible and can be customised to track OPEP physiotherapy routines for children, adults, on several OPEP physiotherapy devices.

•	We hope that you’ll find that playing games makes each physiotherapy session a fun experience.
•	You might find sessions are completed with far fewer arguments at home.
•	You may also find that sessions seem to be completed in far less time.
•	You can personalise the Playphysio App with your own avatar and colour theme.
•	Your own personal treatment routine is stored by the App. 
•	Your treatment is recorded so you can see yourself, and show your physiotherapist, how you are getting on.
•	If you choose to share your data with your physiotherapist, they can remotely review your routine and see your treatment records.
•	You can help clinical research and improve everyone’s care by sharing data with the national disease registry.

Playphysio has been in development since 2017 and successfully trialled at Cambridge University NHS Foundation Trust and Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

Although it is not required by the App, we strongly recommend that you ask your respiratory physiotherapist to help set up the myPhysioPal and App to match your own treatment routine and requirements. We are happy to help you or your physiotherapist to do this! PhysioPal is safe to use with your chest physiotherapy device provided that you: • Keep using the chest physiotherapy device as instructed by your doctor or physiotherapist. • Follow the same physio routine as prescribed to you. • Always use your chest physiotherapy device according to the manufacturers instructions.

The physioPal is an external accessory for your OPEP physiotherapy device. It is required in order to use the Playphysio App. It does not change the normal operation of your chest physiotherapy device. It does not change the nature of your physiotherapy routine. It does not contact the patient or affect the airflow through the chest physiotherapy in any way.
