It open in browser but I am not able to play the video in the app. It shows error while playing the video every time I try to open the video in the app.. bad experience

I know I’m not the only one with this problem but I updated my phone and it stopped working everything now looks like pictures and I can’t play any of my videos.

Concept of this app is great. Watching what to expect for my treatment and videos of my visit is incredibly useful. I love tech like this. I wish all my docs used this
