MedFiles is a secure personal health record app that helps you store, organize, and access your medical documents in one private place, on your iPhone, iPad, and any web browser.

MedFiles is not an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. It does not create medical records, provide clinical services, or connect to hospital databases. It is a personal document vault: you upload files you already have (photos, PDFs, scans) and decide who can see them.

• Send secure, view-only links to doctors and caregivers • Choose what to share and for how long • Request missing documents through secure upload links • Healthcare professionals can access shared records at no cost when you share with them
