NATIONWIDE NETWORK DialCare manages and maintains its own nationwide networks of providers for our programs and services. Our network development team ensures members have access to top-quality providers who have gone through extensive training and credentialing.

OUR PROGRAMS Our Physician Access Program provides members with access to licensed physicians for everything from urgent care to primary care services. DialCare Urgent Care provides 24/7/365 care for non-emergency medical issues and questions, including: • Colds • Rashes • Asthma • Gout • And more DialCare Virtual Primary Care provides primary care services and chronic care management to members ages 18 or older. Features include: • Dedicated primary care physician • Electronic prescription ordering • Health risk assessment Our Mental Wellness Program increases access to mental healthcare for individuals and families through virtual access to licensed mental health professionals and psychiatrists.

DialCare Therapy members can schedule 30-minute sessions with licensed mental health professionals from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., seven days a week. Counselors are available to provide assistance with: • Depression • Anxiety • Grief • Stress • Addiction • Relationship Problems • And More

DialCare Teledentistry is available 24/7/365 to connect members with licensed dentists for treatment, advice, and guidance, and clinically appropriate prescriptions for non-DEA controlled substances. Common issues addressed include: • Oral pain • Broken, chipped, sensitive or misaligned teeth • Gum swelling and bleeding • Sores, lesions, swelling or infections • Orthodontia needs • Expert second opinions

DialCare Virtual Vet provides access at any time to licensed veterinary professionals for advice and guidance about the following: • When you’re unsure if your pet’s situation is urgent • When you have questions about their quality of life • When you need a virtual discussion about an ongoing illness or diagnosis • General questions and preventive medicine • Emergencies and how to respond

PRESCRIPTIONS & MEDICATIONS When using Urgent Care, Virtual Primary Care, Psychiatry or Teledentistry, a physician can write a prescription for a non-DEA controlled substance if medically necessary.
