Used the initial $15 trial month… noticed they were false advertising on the main web page to try to get you to buy the membership plan. WOW. I could not be more appalled. Unless you have an ear infection or UTI, this thing is useless. It worked for a moment, I thought I might be able to use it for my other health issues, but they don’t do all the stuff they advertise for. Not to mention, I was not able to cancel my membership. This is the second month they charge me $40 a month, after the initial 15. When I tried to cancel the first month, I was unable to use the website or app. I tried several times that month. This month I have tried SO many times, I either couldn’t get into my account, the app was not working, app maintenance, or just no one to respond to me. There is no direct option to cancel the membership. I have tried on the site and app. You must contact them and pray that they respond. There is an automated message saying “we are so flooded with compliments, we have to get back to you ASAP!” Impossible. For the initial use of the app, the doctor was rude, but efficient… after that, it’s been a complete nightmare. Unless you want to pay them $40 a month with NO option to refund, even if it’s on the SAME day as payment, DO NOT use these apps.

Would not recommend. I tried to cancel after the initial trial and could not get anyone to help me without my Member ID number or Medi-Cal number. I couldn’t log in to cancel the service and they wouldn’t do it over the phone. I couldn’t reset my password to login, I tried multiple times but I would never receive an email to reset it. It took me 3 months until I was able to just dig through everything and find my member ID. I no longer had medi-cal and had thrown away my cards as I had insurance through my company. I tried reaching out to customer service but they refused to credit me back 3 months of charges ($90) even though I tried canceling multiple times and literally no one could help me.
