I submitted everything needed for verification about 2 weeks ago and I’m now in Hawaii and I’m still not verified and there is zero customer support. Very disappointing.

I had gotten this app on vacation back on Oahu when I saw a car at a Foodland. I was interested in a short term rental for day trips I might want to take while I was here. I downloaded the app on May 10, and after the 24 hours, determined that there must have been an issue. I called the number, pressed the prompt for verification, and was sent to a repeating message that it may take 48 hours. After another day, called again and no change. Now I am leaving, having had to use an alternative for car rentals, and am very sad that they make it this difficult for potential new customers. Auwe, Hui.
