BOI FSA Administration

BOI FSA Administration is a Chrome Extension by Benefits Outsource, Inc. that provides a single access point for participants to manage their consumer-driven healthcare and other tax-advantaged benefit accounts. It enables users to view Benefit Health Account balances, review recent transactions, and fund HSA accounts from checking/savings or external banks, all from a mobile-friendly interface.

It also consolidates communications by letting users access all email alerts, contact the administrator from the mobile app via email or phone, and sign in with the same online portal credentials. Enhanced security features include stronger authentication with Picture/Passphrase, device identification, and challenge questions. Additional capabilities include viewing demographics, dependents, card details and PIN, and registering new users directly from mobile.
