User reviews overwhelmingly report major reliability problems with ISN Resident on iOS. The app frequently won’t load or gets stuck during login, and many users cannot sign in at all. When it does work, the core feature—managing guests and inviting visitors—fails frequently, with issues adding guests, duplicates, and limits. Some users also can't select their community or access guest data. While a few acknowledge a promising concept and easier guest invitations when functioning, the prevailing sentiment is that the app is buggy, slow, and not fit for regular use. Urgent fixes are needed.

Recent reviews

The app updated on my iPhone a couple of days ago and now when I try to edit the dates I’ll have visitors here, I am forced to enter a phone number for many of them (but not all). I don’t understand the reasoning for this requirement and couldn’t find an explanation online. I’ve reported this to my HOA but thought I’d reach out here. I tried copying and pasting phone numbers from my contacts but the paste was unsuccessful and left erroneous phone numbers. I tried this several times and finally resorted to entering all 1’s just so I could get the person’s correct dates entered. Very frustrating. I also don’t like the new software with respect to how we have to enter the date/date range for each visitor. It’s very cumbersome. Thumbs down for this update. Just wanted to say kudos to the ISN software team for paying attention to my comments above and taking action to correct these issues. After updating to the most recent version of the app, phone numbers are no longer required and the calendar feature for setting dates has returned, making the process much more user friendly. Thanks a lot!
